Admissions and Pre-Enrollment
Pre-enroll online from home, then bring the original documents to the school on the date the registrar gives you.
Who Can Pre-Enroll
Pre-Enrollment Is for
A parent or guardian fills in the form. Learners 18 or older can fill it in themselves.
Incoming Grade 7
Learners who finished Grade 6.
Incoming Grade 11
Learners who finished Grade 10 and are choosing a strand.
Transferees
Learners moving to BNHS from another school.
Returning Learners
Learners coming back to school after a break.
How It Works
Pre-Enroll in Four Steps
01
Create an Account
Sign up on the BNHS school portal with your email, then confirm it from your inbox.
02
Fill in the Form
Five short steps: about you, the learner, school history, parents and guardian, then review and sign.
03
Get a Reference Number
Track your form on the portal: Received, Being Checked, Returned (with the reason) or Ready.
04
Bring the Documents
On the date the school gives you, bring the original documents. The registrar then enrolls the learner in DepEd's system.

Pre-Enroll Online
The form opens on the BNHS school portal, not on this website. Your answers go to the school only. Pre-enrollment does not enroll the learner yet: the registrar checks your form first.
About 10 minutes on a phone
One account can pre-enroll brothers and sisters

Requirements
What to Bring to the School
Bring the original documents on the date the school gives you. These are the documents DepEd schools usually ask for.
Confirm the full list with the Registrar. The portal also shows what to bring after you send your form.
PSA birth certificate of the learner
Report card (SF9) of the last grade completed
Learner Reference Number (LRN), if the learner has one
Transferees: the school requests the permanent record (SF10) from the last school
Questions
Pre-Enrollment Questions
Is the learner enrolled once I send the form?
Not yet. Pre-enrollment tells the school you plan to enroll. The registrar checks your form, may ask you to fix something, and enrolls the learner in DepEd's Learner Information System after you bring the documents.
Who should fill in the form?
A parent or guardian. Learners who are 18 or older on the first day of the school year can fill it in themselves.
I have more than one child at BNHS. Do I need more accounts?
No. One parent or guardian account can pre-enroll more than one learner.
What if the registrar returns my form?
You see the reason on the portal. Fix the details and send it again.
We have no internet at home. What can we do?
Visit the school and ask the registrar. Pre-enrolling online is optional.
Where do my details go?
To the BNHS school portal only. This website does not collect or store any learner or family details.
